A groundbreaking year-long cohort program designed to bring together 15–20 pioneering companies to architect a new ethical paradigm.
Five years ago, we founded North Star Project with the vision of embedding ethics into the foundation of the emerging for-profit psychedelics industry. Through hundreds of heartfelt conversations, we created the North Star Ethics Pledge, which garnered thousands of signatories.
Now, we’re turning that pledge into action with a groundbreaking year-long cohort program designed to bring together 15–20 pioneering companies to be the architects of a new ethical paradigm within the psychedelic ecosystem.
Together, we have an extraordinary opportunity to establish a standard of integrity, transparency, and compassionate innovation that will guide this industry for generations to come.
This year-long cohort is not merely creating new guidelines but developing living, breathing frameworks for ethical practice.
90-minute sessions with expert presentations and small group discussions exploring a specific area of impact.
A day-long gathering at a private location to deepen trust and foster collaboration among all partner companies.
An opportunity to strengthen relationships and assess progress midway through the program.
Launch of the final guidelines and celebration of the contributions of all partner companies.
We seek to build an unprecedented container for trusted community where companies aligned by shared values and aspirations can collaborate openly and authentically.
We foster trust through a deliberately small group size, enabling deeper connection, candidness, and vulnerability
Program integrates external stakeholders and company voices throughout the process, providing participants access to cutting-edge insights and expertise.
Unlike traditional advisory models, the Cohort positions companies as active participants who implement and refine innovative practices, driving real-world impact rather than passively receiving recommendations.
Accountability emerges organically from these peer relationships, promoting shared responsibility instead of external oversight.
Through the program, the Cohort will be introduced to concepts from regenerative economics and post-growth capitalism as alternative business models for developing best practices concerning nine key areas of impact.
This cohort will result in more than personal learning – we aim to make it a force for ongoing change.
Be among the pioneering companies co-creating the ethical foundation of the psychedelic industry through North Star’s groundbreaking community of practice.
